Yaaah, inilah kegiatan ku 3 hari kemarin. And resmilah jadi member of aiesec  J whiiiiii alhamdulillah

And i’m so proud become a part of AIESEC.  J ini semua serba dadakan, di blog yang bawah ini sebelumnya udah aku critain gimana aku daftar dan sampe keterima jadi member.  Horee J akhirnya...hehe dan setelah itu mereka ngadain LCC local conference comitte, such as diklat ya. Aku fikir hmm palingan pembekalan terus outbond and something like that,  but the fact huuuh ! diluar ekspektasi, unpredictable the coolest event ever J  hehehe

My life is change....

Kita brangkat jam 3an kumpul di basement FEB , masih dikit yang dateng. Yaudah sholat dulu deh, bagus banget mushola di fakultas tetangga.  Eheehe. Oya knapa kita ngga brangkat dari office aiesec  aja?soalnya biar deket  ngga masuk masuk wkwk zonk answer ya. Diliat dari keberangkatan aja teknik nya udah terorganisir tertib deh top bgt , dan akupun naik angkot yuhuu! Seru malang lagi dingin banget dan kita LCC di batuuuuu! Sebelahan persis sama jatim park yehehe.

 Pas sampe kita diteras dulu nggaboleh masuk soalnya,faci masih briefing (faci = facilities/panitia yg memfasilitasi ngurusin semua yang ada di conference tsb).  And then kita langsung plenary opening, roll dance dulu pastinya biar burn on semangat para AIESECer .  Setelah itu kita dikenalin sama President Aiesec Unibraw,yeeeehee mas Maulana  dengan kumis  + jambang nya yang bikin kharismatik. Kedatangan tamu special dari President Aiesec Indonesia mas Sandro yang  sama persis punya kumis+jambang juga. Mereka berdua cukup bikin LCC hot J .

Dan udah kerasa adrenalin ku bangun sama huge spirit mas maulana sama mas sandro yang notaben nya mereka bener bener leader yang excellent, cara mereka ngomong nge brainwash  otak kita jadi berfikir maju kedepan , cara persuade mereka bikin young generation disana putar otak dan punya semangat yang luar biasa untuk jadi change maker mulai dari sekarang.  Disana ada aiesecer dari UMM , UNEJ , UDAYANA tapi karena UNIBRAW yang punya aiesec nya jadi mereka kumpul dan gabung sama kita J seru, nambah relasi link temen yang hebat hebat semua..AIESEC Unibraw urutan kedua lahirnya setelah UI .

Aiesec adalah Organisasi Internasional yang terdiri dari jutaan mahasiswa diseluruh dunia yang ikut membantu menyelesaikan Global Issues such as, HIV/AIDS, education, poverty, children, social, euntrepreneurship, and leadership potential. Dan ini ngga main main, AIESEC the biggest organitation International for youth in the world . Yang udah diakui oleh multinational company. AIESEC kalau dianalogikan seperti  Company yang mewadahkan Youth , young generation meng-eksplore kemampuan nya dalam bidang sosial untuk membantu antar negara yang memiliki social problems.  Dan saat yang tepat bagi kita, di golden age yang sekarang untuk ikut kegiatan positive . Bukan karena idealis, tapi kenyataan nya negara kita sendiri harus disempurnakan dengan pemuda yang cerdas dan mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik akhlaq nya. As we know, krisis kepemimpinan udah melanda kita dari dulu. Dan we are as a youth,  kalau Cuma diem aja mau negara nya sustainable gini gini aja?dengan belum ada pemerataan pendidikan, ketimpangan sosial yang menyebabkan kecemburuan sosial,  pemuda yang anarkis berujung narkoba dan terkena HIV sampai akhirnya pemuda di Indonesia habis? Nauzubillah...someday is now. Kalau ngga sekarang kapan lagi, kalau bukan kita siapa lagi?conference kemarin juga dikasih quotes,  Inget kata bung karno “jika kau beri aku 10 pemuda maka akan ku guncangkan dunia” berarti how’s a presious a youth di sebuah negara tersebut.  Generasi itu semacam seeds, bibit yang dari kecil harus disiram dan dipupuk sama hal yang baik biar as a growth makin besar dia menghasilkan sesuatu yang baik pula. Sama halnya dengan youth, harus dikasih nilai nilai yang baik karena mereka calon leader in the future, suatu negara bisa dilihat dari bagaimana pemimpin nya .

8.       Dont let small thing cut our life down to size.

Ohya aku juga dapet award from this conference disana ngajuin sekitar 3 atau 4 kali sharing/pertanyaan dan kesan di last day.  Award nya “Demostrating Integrity” honestly sampe skarang aku belum ngerti apa maksud nya J hihi. Tp alhamdulilah
